Spine

The most common causes of back pain are:

Muscle strain and overuse: One common cause of back pain is muscle strain, which can be caused by poor posture, lifting heavy objects, repetitive movements, or lack of physical activity.

Intervertebral disc damage:Intervertebral discs, which are cushions located between the vertebrae, can be damaged, causing back pain. Disc damage can occur due to injury or natural wear and tear.

Osteoarthritis: This is a condition in which the cartilage tissues that cover the ends of the bones in the joints wear down over time, leading to back pain.

Ligament and muscle injuries: Injuries, sprains, or tears of the ligaments or muscles in the back can cause pain and limited movement.

IMPORTANT!

If you experience back pain, especially if it is accompanied by other symptoms, it is recommended to consult a rehabilitation specialist, orthopedic surgeon, or neurologist. The doctor will conduct a diagnosis, including a physical examination, ask questions about the symptoms, and if necessary, order additional tests such as X-rays, MRI, or CT scans to determine the cause of the back pain and develop an appropriate treatment plan.

The basis of back problems often lies in simple things that can be easily corrected with a proper training program and manual therapy. Muscle weakness and postural imbalances can cause pain for many years, but often simple exercises are enough to significantly improve the situation.
