Elbow

The most common causes of elbow pain are:

Tennis Elbow and Golfer's Elbow:Conditions where the tendons of the forearm become inflamed due to repetitive hand and wrist movements. Although the names suggest tennis and golf, they can occur in people who do not participate in sports.

Injury: Damage or fracture in the elbow joint area can cause acute pain in the elbow, often due to falling on the elbow or a strong impact.

Radiculopathy:Compression or irritation of nerve roots in the cervical spine can cause pain in the elbow and forearm. This can occur due to a herniated disc or cervical osteoarthritis.

Arthritis: Different forms of arthritis, such as rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis, can cause inflammation of the elbow joints and result in pain and limited movement.

IMPORTANT!

It is important to consult a doctor if elbow pain becomes chronic.

The elbow joint is complex when it comes to recovery after injuries and surgeries. A correct diagnosis, appropriate treatment, well-planned exercises and procedures, and educating the patient on self-care are the foundations of our approach.

Our partners include leading orthopedic specialists from Uzbekistan, Russia, and Germany. If necessary, we can organize diagnostics, consultations, second opinions, and surgical treatments.
